HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.29479 of 2016 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the action of the respondents No.1 to 3 in trying to pay compensation to respondents No.4 and 5 in respect of land in an extent of Ac 1.17 cents in Sy No.18 in Damaracharla Village, Kukunuru Mandal, West Godavari District, without deciding the objections filed by the petitioner, the present petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Keeping in view the averments made in the instant petition and the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, I hereby direct respondents No.1 to 3 not to disburse the compensation amount without considering the objections filed by the petitioners. I hereby make it clear that the decision taken shall be communicated in writing to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
