Having regard to the facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel, the condition imposed by the court of VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, in Crl.M.P.No.1574/2015 dated 1.10.2015 while granting anticipatory to attend the Penamaluru Police Station on every Sunday, is hereby relaxed and the petition is accordingly allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Station House Officer concerned as and when required for the purpose of investigation, till filing of the charge sheet.
