Heard the counsel for petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for 2nd respondent, and Sri M. Krishna Rao, counsel for 3rd respondent.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the action of respondent nos.1 to 3 in closing production activity at Bhimadole Vijaya Dairy run by 3rd respondent and shifting the production activity to G. Kothapally Village.

The counsel for petitioner contends that it would be difficult for petitioners and 12 others, who are working in Bhimadole Vijaya Dairy to go to G. Kothapally Village and work there in the Dairy run by 3rd respondent.

It is not in dispute that the distance between two places, viz., Bhimadole and G. Kothapally Village is only about 30 kms. It is not the case of petitioner that there is no transport facility available to travel from Bhimadole to G. Kothapally Village. 5.

Therefore, the petitioners are directed to report to the Dairy at G. Kothapally Village from 16.11.2018 where, according to counsel for 3rd respondent, the production activity in the Dairy will be carried out, stopping the same at Bhimadole.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
