Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh) for respondents.

2. The petitioners have filed this Writ Petition alleging that respondent nos.3 and 4 are calling them to the 4th respondent - Police Station, and directing them to cancel sale deeds obtained by them in respect of the subject land.

The learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh), appearing for respondent nos.1 to 4, denies the said allegation.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent nos.1 to 4 not to interfere in any civil dispute against petitioners and not to call them to the Police Station without following the procedure under Section 41A of Criminal Procedure Code, in case they are accused of committing any offence. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. __________________________________
