Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Agriculture appearing for the respondents. 2.

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that stocks were seized; the same were kept in the petitioner's shop; the shop was locked and thereby causing lot of hardship and suffering to him. As the premises was locked, petitioner is unable to utilize the shop nor surrender the stock.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for petitioner submits that lock of the petitioner's shop was opened and stocks are removed from the shop.

In view of the same, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Hence, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies with regard to seizure of stock, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
