This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the Petitioners/A-1 and A-2 seeking to quash the docket order, dated 04.09.2018, passed in C.C. No.185 of 2014, by the Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kovvur, West Godavari District (for short, 'the trial Court'); by virtue of which the trial Court dismissed the Petition, filed under Section 317 of Cr.P.C., and issued N.B.Ws. against the petitioners. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 1st respondent - State.

Even though notice was not served on the 2nd respondent - de-facto complainant, since the learned Public Prosecutor is heard, this Court opines that the matter can be disposed of at the stage of admission. 4.

A perusal of the impugned order shows no reasons were mentioned therein for dismissing the Petition, filed under Section 317 of Cr.P.C. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case is at the stage of appearance.

Hence, considering the above, the Criminal Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the docket order, dated 04.09.2018, passed in C.C. No.185 of 2014 is set-aside.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
