This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 02.11.2016 passed in I.A.No.86 of 2014 in O.S.No.177 of 2010 on the file of the XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. As per the office note, the trial court disposed of the suit on 22.02.2017.

In view of the disposal of the suit, the purpose of filing of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
