O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that the 5th respondent - Tahsildar issued provisional patta in respect of subject land vide proceedings in D.R.No.305/ 86 dated 23.10.1986 and directed the authorities to conduct survey and issue regular D-form patta, but as no action has been taken, petitioner made representations and the latest one was on 20.10.2018. As there is no response from the respondents, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner stated to have been made on 20.10.2018 for issuance of regular D-form patta in respect of the subject land, and accordingly take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
