THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 7666 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.4 and 5 in discontinuing the petitioners as Agencies of Mid-Day Meal Programme in the respective Schools in Karimnagar District without issuing any notice or passing any order. The grievance of the petitioners is that they were discontinued without passing any orders and the same is bad in law. Learned counsel for the petitioners relies upon the order, dated 13.12.2012 passed in W.P.No.33893 of 2011, wherein this Court directed the respondents not to discontinue the services of the petitioners without passing written orders.

In view of the above, this writ petition is also disposed of directing respondent Nos.4 and 5 to pass appropriate orders and communicate the same to the petitioners.
