" This application is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide order, dated 09.02.2018 in Crl.P.No.1O414 ot 2017 that the petitioners shall not enter Kuppalapalle Village, until further orders. Heard both sides. Perused the record.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that charge sheet has been filed and PRC number was also given to the subject crime. ln view of the same, the condition imposed by this Court on 08.1 1.2017 that the petitioners shall not enter Kuppalapalle Village is hereby relaxed. Accordingly, the petition is ordered."
