The only grievance of the petitioners is that they made an application on 13.05.2018 to the 4th respondent for grant of pattadar pass book and title deeds and for release of amounts under Rythubandhu Scheme. As the same is not disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the representation of petitioners is pending before the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the above referred representation of petitioners in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
