SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.12314 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.576 of 2018, pending on the file of the Station House Officer, Saroornagar Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 324 of I.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 2nd respondent - State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not press upon the other grounds mentioned in the Petition and he only seeks for a direction to be given to the Police concerned to follow Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. 4.

Hence, considering the above, the Criminal Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Police concerned to follow Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. before affecting the arrest of the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed.
