This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners to quash the proceedings in Crime No.1028 of 2018 of L.B.Nagar (L&O) Police Station, Rachakonda Police Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 500, 501, 504 & 120B of IPC.

During hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigating agency had completed the investigation of the case and filed the charge-sheet before the Court concerned and the C.C. number is awaited. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. 3 .

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
