HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.3785 OF 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the award dated 7.4.2001 passed in I.D.No.297 of 1994 by the Labour Court, Guntur in favour of the 1st respondent herein. On 18.8.2010, this writ petition was dismissed for default against the 1st respondent. Thereafter, the petitioner has not taken any steps to file an application for restoration of the writ petition against the 1st respondent. Since the writ petition was dismissed against the 1st respondent, the issue raised in this petition cannot be adjudicated on merits.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
