THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE ABHI NAND KUMAR SHAVI LI CONTEMPT CASE No.3142 OF 2018 ORDER: (per SK,J) This contempt case was instituted alleging wilful disobedience to the order dated 25.06.2018 passed in W.A.No.571 of 2018. Perusal of the said order reflects that the order under appeal, being the order dated 21.06.2017 passed in W.P.No.331 of 2009, was set aside and the matter was remitted to the learned single Judge for decision afresh. 2.

No direction was issued in this process whereby the petitioner can now allege any violation.

The contempt case is utterly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. I.A.No.1 of 2019 shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
