The petitioners 1, 2, 4 & 5/accused Nos.1, 2, 4 & 5 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of C.C.No.102 of 2016 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jaggaiahpet, which is outcome of crime No.127 of 2015 of Vatsavai Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417 & 420 r/w 34 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.
Though the 3rd petitioner/3rd accused not attended, it is the submission of the defacto complainant of she is also willing to withdraw against her also as she is a patient confined to bed. Having regard to the above, instead of keeping the matter for her presence by recording compromise so far as other petitioners and so far as that petitioner from the consent of the defacto complainant, both the Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9591 & 9592 of 2017 and the Criminal Petition are allowed by compounding the offences and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
