THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.10804 OF 2017 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crime No.1 of 2015 on the file of CID, Hyderabad Police Station, Hyderabad City, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471, 409 & 120-B IPC, on various grounds.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh, submitted that, as there is no stay during pendency of this petition, the CID police filed charge sheet against the petitioners after completion of investigation on 03.10.2017. The present petition is filed much later to filing of charge sheet i.e. on 25.10.2017. Therefore, the present petition is not maintainable and liable to be dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the concerned Court.

With the above observation, the criminal petition is dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
