HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16759 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner - A3, the condition to the extent that " who shall furnish each Fixed Deposit of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only)" imposed in the order dated 11.11.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3706 of 2016 in Cr.No. 283 of 2016 of Pendurthy Police Station passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cumI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, in respect of the petitioner-A3, is hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
