THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 41729 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner is seeking a direction to consider the representation dated 12-10-2018 directing the official respondents to see that unofficial respondents shall not interfere with their possession over the subject property. If there is any dispute between the petitioner and unofficial respondents, they have to work out their remedies in appropriate forum. But the petitioner cannot seek a direction to official respondents to involve in the civil disputes pending between them. In view of the same, the writ petition is misconceived and liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
