This transfer petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC, seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P. No.880 of 2018 from the file of the Family Court-cum-V Additional District Court, Visakhapatnam and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, City Civil Courts Complex at Secunderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law. Permission is granted.
