THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.41804 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not permitting the petitioners to run their theatres as per the rates mentioned in their applications dated 09.11.2018, 10.11.2018 and 12.11.2018.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue is squarely covered by order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and Batch and order dated 13.04.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid orders, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid orders. No order as to costs.

Office is directed to append a copy of order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and Batch and order dated 13.04.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014 to this order.
