Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation on 07.03.2018 seeking reinstatement to the 2nd respondent and that the 2nd respondent has not disposed of the said representation.

Sri A.Rama Rao, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will decide the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the petitioner's representation dt.07.03.2018 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
