THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NOs. 10490, 9957 & 10465 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

These criminal petitions are filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in C.C.Nos.369, 370 & 371 of 2012 respectively, on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Penukonda, Ananthapur District.

The petitioner/accused is one and the same in all the above mentioned three cases.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, urged that, this Court while dealing with connected case in Crl.P.No.9949 of 2017 quashed the proceedings in Crime No.41 of 2017 and allowed criminal petition; therefore, requested this Court to quash the proceedings in C.C.Nos.369, 370 & 371 of 2012 by allowing the criminal petitions.

On 06.12.2017 this Court passed a detailed order in Crl.P.No.9949 of 2017 by quashing the proceedings in Crime No.41 of 2017 against the petitioner. As the petitioner in all the cases is one and the same, let there be a similar order even in these cases also.

In the result, all the criminal petitions are allowed by quashing the proceedings in C.C.Nos.369, 370 & 371 of 2012, on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Penukonda, Ananthapur District.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
