Heard Mr.E.Poornachander Rao for petitioner and Mr.Mujeeb, learned standing counsel for respondent.

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondent in not considering the representation of the petitioner dt.29-08-2016 for appointing him as permanent Mutawalli of Dargah Hazarath Salar-E-Auliya situated in Sy.No.80 of Hafeezpet Village, Sherilingampally Mandal, R.R. District is illegal, Arbitrary, contrary to law and unconstitutional and further violative of Articles 14, 21 of Constitution of India and further violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent to appoint the petitioner as permanent Mutawalli of Dargah Hazarath Salar-E-Auliya situated in Sy.No.80 of Hafeezpet Village, Sherilingampally Mandal, R.R.District..."

On instructions, the standing counsel submits that the respondent will complete the enquiry and do needful by disposing of representation dated 29.08.2016 within eight weeks from today. The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
