HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 1 7 3 8 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, S.R.Nagar Police Station, dated 20.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "it is respectfully submitted that the Welfare Association of Vengal Rao Nagar Colony lodged complaint with the respondent Police Station stating that in Vengal Rao Nagar residenta lot of garbage has filled up in the colony as the present contract workers abruptly stopped collecting the garbage from the houses. In this connection, the Sanitary inspector allotted one Peddagolla Ravi, Kazamoiuddin and Mohmed Basith below persons for continuously lifting the garbage.

Further the petitioners T.Lakshmi Narayana and some others are objected the above said 3 people to for collecting the garbage and they also created lot trouble to the members hence requested to take necessary action against them.

After receiving the said complaint the respondent Police made reception vide No.HYD/ SRN_HYD/ 071118/ 05907 and advised both the parties to approach the concerned appropriate authority as the matter is civil in nature to maintain law and order in the said area. Except that the respondent Police never involving the petitioners work for collecting garbage as alleged by him, hence the allegations against the Police are false and baseless."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, S.R.Nagar Police Station, dated 20.11.2018.
