THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.41714 OF 2018 O R D E R :

In the present writ petition, petitioner herein is seeking enforcement of an injunction order to the Police authorities without filing any application before the Wakf Tribunal. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. However, petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application for necessary Police aid before the Wakf Tribunal. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
