HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR W.P. No. 41685 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the impugned judgment and decree passed in O.A.No. 18 of 2015, dated 30.11.2017 on the file of the A.P. Endowments Tribunal, as being arbitrary, illegal and improper.

The Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of A.P.

Endowments Tribunal submits that the order in the O.A was passed in November, 2017 and as such, without availing the remedy of filing an appeal against the said order within the time prescribed, the present writ petition is filed by the petitioner only to get over the delay in filing the appeal.

Since the statute provides a remedy of filing an appeal against the impugned order, the present writ petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the said remedy. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
