THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.11384 AND 11394 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

These two petitions are filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. to grant bail to the petitioners-A1, A2 and A3 for the offences alleged under Sections 420 and 408 r/w 34 IPC.

Both counsels seek permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petitions with a liberty to file fresh applications after one month.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh applications as and when they choose to do so, not before 20 days.

The Registry is directed to issue memo and call for explanation of the concerned for not putting up USR number.
