This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in seizing the vehicle of the petitioner bearing No.AP 31 TH 0549 without following the procedure, as illegal and arbitrary.

During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand dismissed.
