HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. Nos. 4423 and 4426 of 2002 COMMON ORDER:- Inasmuch as the question of fact and law and the parties in these two writ petitions are one and the same, these matters are taken up together for disposal by the Common Order.

W.P.Nos. 4423 and 4426 of 2002 are filed challenging the Common Award dated 19.06.2001 in I.D.Nos. 211 and 209 of 1997 respectively, passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cumLabour Court, Anantapur. By the Common Award, dated 19.06.2001, the learned Tribunal directed the petitioner herein to regularize the services of the 1st respondent herein as directed in the G.O.Ms.No.26, dated 06.02.2001 to all the petitioners made in the reference. Challenging the same, the present writ petitions are filed.

When the matters are taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation & Common Area Development appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the services of the persons, who are eligible by virtue of the orders issued by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.212, dated 22.04.1994 and G.O.Ms.No. 26, dated 06.02.2001, were regularized and the persons, who are not fulfilling the conditions of G.O.Ms.No.212, were appointed as

AKS,J WPs_4423 & 4426_2002 Panchayat Secretaries. In other words, the Common Award passed by the Tribunal has been complied with by the petitioner, as such, no further orders are necessary in these writ petitions.

Recording the above submission, the writ petitions are closed as no further orders need be passed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
