THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1560 OF 2016 ORDER :

It is the case of the petitioner that her father purchased the land to an extent of Acs.5.51 cents in R.S.No.166/A1 in Kothavaripalle revenue village in the year 1979 through registered sale deed. The subject land is a patta land since 1915 onwards and RSR records also shows that it is a patta land. When the Sub-Registrar refused to register the said land, the mother of the petitioner filed W.P.No.32024 of 2012, which was disposed of by this Court on 31.10.2012 holding that the said land is patta land since 1915 onwards and there is no reason to include such land into Government lands prohibiting registrations.

Accordingly, the registration took place.

Subsequently, petitioner made representation dated 12.10.2015 before the 3rd respondent for the change of name, for issuance of pattadar passbooks, title deeds and also mutation of her name in the revenue records. As no action is being taken, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the petitioner purchased the said land through registered sale deed in pursuance of the orders dated 31.10.2012 in W.P.No.32024 of 2012, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated

12.10.2015 and pass orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
