THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.21623 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner assails the inaction of the 3rd respondent in considering his representations dated 13.05.2016, 19.04.2016 and 19.06.2015 requesting to remove the name of the 5th respondent in the land acquisition notification dated 22.01.2016.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Keeping in view the averments in the writ affidavit and the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the aforesaid representations made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision to the petitioner within one week thereafter. If the petitioner is still aggrieved of the decision taken by the 3rd respondent on his representations, he is at liberty to approach appropriate forum.

4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand

closed.
