Vide present writ petition, petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to consider the objections raised in the representation dated 20.07.2016 for release of compensation for the land acquired for the purpose of R&R package without including his name in the notification in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.36 cents in R.S.No.135/1A situated in Swarnavarigudem Village, Jeelugumilli Mandal, West Godavari District.

Heard learned counsel for both parties and perused the material placed on record.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents on instructions assured this Court that the representation dated 20.07.2016 made by the petitioner shall be considered and decided within four weeks.

Keeping in view the averments made in the writ petition and the submission of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 20.07.2016 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision in writing to the petitioner within one week thereafter. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
