THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27644 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction on the part of respondents on the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2016 and application dated 07.12.2009 submitted for granting electricity power service connection to the petitioner agricultural bore well situated in the petitioner land of Ac.7.70 cents in Survey Number 10/2 of Taduvai Village in Jangareddyguderh Mandal of West Godavari District, in spite of payment of requisite fee and due application, as illegal, irregular, irrational, violative of provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003, rules and regulations framed there under and Offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to grant electricity power service connection to the said bore well in the petitioner land and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard Sri Nimmagadda Satyanarayana, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Sri M.Ravindra, learned standing counsel, appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted representation dated 10.04.2016 and a request is made by the

learned counsel for the petitioner that the said representation may be directed to be disposed of by the respondents by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by the learned standing counsel for the respondents and also submitted that appropriate orders will be passed on the said representation in accordance with law.

For the aforesaid reasons, Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the matter, directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 10.04.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
