THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.37902 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of Constitution of India, is filed seeking a direction to respondent No.3 to complete the investigation in F.I.R.No.29 of 2015 on the file of T.Narasapuram Police Station, West Godavari District and file charge sheet in the said F.I.R.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

Grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.3 registered the aforementioned crime for the offences under Section 506 read with 34 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and though he is having sufficient evidence, he is not taking any steps to investigate into the matter and file charge sheet. 4.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, respondent No.3 is directed to complete the investigation in F.I.R.No.29 of 2015 on the file of T.Narasapuram Police Station, West Godavari District as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, in either way in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) months from today.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
