THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.41692 of 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation on 12-03-2017 to the 2nd respondent stating that his pay scale was not fixed on par with his batch mates in the category of AR-SI in Mahabobnagar District, and 2nd respondent has not disposed of the same.

Learned Special Government Pleader for Services (Home) appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.12-03-2017 within six (06) weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
