V.Venkata Basavaiah v. State Of Andhra Pradesh
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.41717 of 2018 ORDER :
The only grievance of the petitioner is that he made an application, dated 01.05.2018, to the 3rd respondent for conducting survey and fixing boundaries for the subject land. As no action is taken on the said application, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that survey can be conducted only when applications are filed online/F-Line. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed another application on 11.05.2018, however, says that the petitioner will make one more application online/F-Line as stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader.
In view of above, without going into merits, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application through online/F-Line. On such filing, the competent authority shall dispose of the said application in accordance with law within Six weeks from the date of its filing, after issuing notices to the petitioner and the affected parties, if any, and take action according to law. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 27th November, 2018 ajr
