HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.11448 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.10033 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 & 2 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.239 of 2017 of Tangutur Police Station, Prakasam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 506 r/w 34 IPC and Sections 3(1)(r) & (s) and 3(2)(va) of SC & ST (POA) amended Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled. Needless to say if there are unnamed accused, if any, the police can investigate. Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.11448 of and the criminal petition are allowed.
