The case of the petitioners is that their father by name Koyakarla Pentojee was assigned an extent of Ac.520 guntas in sy.No.17/29 of Lakshmidevipalli Village, Kothagudem Mandal, Khammam District ( now it is in Lakshmidevipalli Village and Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District) vide proceedings dated 15-11-1969 and his name is also mutated in revenue records. After death of their father, the petitioner being the sons succeeded the subject land and their names are also included in revenue records.

Subsequently, the petitioners filed application along with Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the same.

Accordingly, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioners in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 20-11-2018 NVL
