HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.41878 of 2018 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader that the issue in this writ petition is covered by the order, dated 14.03.2018, passed in W.P.No.5998 of 2018. A copy of the said order is also placed on record.

Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is allowed, setting aside the order dated 03.11.2018, passed in M.C.No.B/6526/2018 issued by the Executive Magistrate-cum-Tahsildar, Mattampally Mandal, Suryapet District. Consequently, the husband of the petitioner - Krishnaiah shall be released. However, it is open for the respondent-authorities to proceed in accordance with the orders of this Court in Crl.R.C.No.99 of 2018. No order as to costs.
