THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.38864 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed assailing the action of the State Bank of India in dispossessing the petitioner of the secured asset belonging to him, under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

By order dated 10.11.2016, this Court granted interim stay of all further proceedings subject to the petitioner depositing at least 25% of the amount due to the respondent Bank. 3.

Sri Podila Hari Prasad, learned standing counsel for the State Bank of India, informs this Court that the loan account of the petitioner was settled thereafter and that there are no outstanding dues as on today.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as such. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
