THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY M.A.C.M.A.No.2492 of 2016 ORDER:

This appeal is filed by the appellant under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act questioning the decree and order passed in M.V.O.P.No.1746 of 2009, dated 30.03.2016 on the file of the Court of Chairman, Motor Vehicles Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-XIV Additional Chief Judge (FTC), City Civil Courts, Hyderabad. The matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and accordingly, an Award was passed on 11.02.2017. Hence, the M.A.C.M.A. is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 11.02.2017.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
