Smt.Marreddy Venkata Lakshmi Krupamani v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 42169 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus to declare the action of the third respondent in not taking any action for granting package of land pooling in respect of the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.0.52 3⁄4 situated at Penumaka Village, Tadepalli Mandal, Guntur District, inspite of the letter of the second respondent bearing Rc.A.506/ 2018, dated 10.08.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

2) The grievance of the petitioner is that though his claimpetition was forwarded by the second respondent to the third respondent on 10.08.2018, till date no orders are passed by the third respondent.

3) Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for C.R.D.A. placed on record the instructions received from the Special Deputy Collector & CA, APCRDA, Penumaka, wherein it is stated that a notice was issued to both the parties duly directing them to attend before the Competent Authority & Special Deputy Collector, LPS Unit-9, Penumaka on 02.12.2018 with relevant information. It is said that on the said date the enquiry will be completed and appropriate orders will be passed at the earliest.

4) Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made by the learned Standing Counsel for CRDA, making it clear that the enquiry shall be completed on 02.12.2018 and orders shall be at the earliest.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
