Sri Palle Nageswar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 20.01.2020, to the Registry stating that his client wishes to withdraw the writ petition and thus, he seeks permission to withdraw the matter.

Permission is accorded and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
