ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in seeking to demolish Shop No.6 along with the rest of the property bearing Door No.15-1-417, Feelkhana, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr. N.Rishi Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr. N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, on instructions, submitted that since the

shop claimed by the petitioner, which is on the ground floor, is covered by the sanctioned plan, the respondents are not proposing to remove the same and that the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition only on an apprehension without any basis.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel representing the learned Standing Counsel which is placed on record, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 not to remove or interfere with Shop No.6, which is situated on the ground floor of the property bearing Door No.15-1-417 of Feelkhana, Hyderabad.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.2505 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
