"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.5, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State and perused the record. This petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner/A.5 in Crime No.185 of 2017 of IV Town Police Station, Nellore, for the offences punishable under Sections 3 and 4 of A.P. Gaming Act and Section 20(b)(ii)(c) read with Section 8(c) of NDPS Act. The petitioner was remanded to judicial custody on 03.08.2017. The allegation is that the petitioner is indulging in cricket betting. Nothing alleged to have been seized from the possession of the petitioner/A.5. The other accused Nos.1 and 2 were granted bail by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2017 in Crl.P.No.10830 of 2017. In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/A.5 is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of
the learned V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore, Nellore District. On release, the petitioner/A.5 shall not leave India without permission of the trial Court."
