This Criminal Petition, under Section 439(1)(b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.1, requesting to relax the condition imposed in the order, dated 21.11.2016, passed in Crl.M.P.No.3939 of 2016 by the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge - cum - Special Judge to try the offences under NDPS Act, at Visakhapatnam.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.1, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3 .

The condition sought to be relaxed in this Criminal Petition is to dispense with the filing of the Aadhar Card of the petitioner/ accused No.1. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court below and seek relaxation of the said condition. 4 .

With this observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
