THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.No.1 to 4 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.12360 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioners are A.1 to A.8 in P.R.C.No.32 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the Addl.Judl.Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar, outcome of Cr.No.19 of 2017 of Karimnagar II Town Police Station, registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.498-A, 307, 420, 354,506 and 500 read with 34 IPC, on the report of the 1st respondent/ defacto complainant no other than wife of A.1. The petitions I.A.Nos.1 and 4 of 2018 filed by A.3 to permit SPl.Power of Attorney (for short, 'SPA') to represent his son-A.2 and daughter-in-law-A.8, is allowed.

The A.1, A.3(SPA for A.2 and A.8), A.4 to A.7 and the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offence. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences.

In the result, the I.A.Nos.1 to 4 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.8 in P.R.C.No.32 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the Addl.Judl.Magistrate of First class, Karimnagar, outcome of Cr.No.19 of 2017 of Karimnagar II Town Police Station. The petitioners/ A.1 to A.8 are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
