HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21336 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus to set aside the proceedings No.B/241/2016 dated 22.03.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent. Heard.

Admittedly, an appeal lies against the impugned order and it is not the case of the petitioner that the impugned order is without jurisdiction or in violation of principles of natural justice.

In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to him under law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
