This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 ol the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short .Cr.p.C.) by the petitioner/Accused, to quash the proceedings in MC.No.78 of 2O18 on the file of Court of Learned Judge, Family Court, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. 2.
The petitioner is questioning the interim maintenance grarted by the Family Court Judge by order dated 13.08.2018.

In the said circumstances, the Criminal Petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to question the final maintenance if any granted by the Family Court Judge.
